We primarily work in QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you're already on one of those, great — we'll take it over. If you're on something else (or nothing at all), we'll recommend what makes the most sense for your business and handle the setup.

After the discovery call, we'll send over a simple agreement and request read-only access to your accounts. We'll do an initial review, handle any backlog or cleanup needed, and set up your reporting structure. Most clients are fully onboarded within one to two weeks — then we take it from there every month.
